From Where You Are is a song by Lifehouse written by lead vocalist Jason Wade for Allstate's Teen Driving Program. It is dedicated to teens who have lost their lives in accidents and also used to educate teens to drive safely. It is also dedicated to Jason's friend who died in a car accident at the age of 16. The song was also used on the episode "Weeks Go By Like Days" of One Tree Hill.
